Building upon recent work in visualization brought forward by the NeuroSPEED: Dynamic Neuroimaging Laboratory, this image reveals the use of Diffusion imaging to guide MEG source connectivity analysis. The computation of multiple tracks and their translucent overlay provides visual feedback of the connectivity uncertainty. This particular dataset observes a Gamma-band synchronization increase in the visual cortex (as induced by the stimuli). Using an interactive framework in 3D brain space, this kind of graph brings visually informative display of whole-brain synchrony.
