The MEG Program @ McGill was created on September 2011 as part of the Montreal Neurological Institute’s McConnell Brain Imaging Centre. Its unrivaled temporal resolution has provided unique insight on the time-resolved processes ruling brain functions, encompassing frequency power dynamics, synchrony analysis and phase-amplitude coupling to name a few. This image serves to illustrate specific cortical synchronicity in response to a particular stimuli at different frequency bands. They are the result of coherence computation performed on MEG source data, manually thresholded and then visualized through prototype visualization models developed within the lab. Google "MEG MNI".
